As EHT, CHD have proved, cell tower radiation, WiFi, automotive radar, RF radiation in general, maims and kills. The corrupted FCC and corrupting Telecom companies, lobbies are MASS MURDERERS who lied, maimed and killed for decades. SHUT OFF POWER TO ALL CELL TOWERS, BASE STATIONS, MICROSITES IMMEDIATELY. Please STOP the onslaught of wireless technologies that have been shown to cause harm to all of us, children being the most at rick! The impacts of RF radiation on children can be very harmful. The health implications of long-term exposure to RF radiation needs more study. The FCC’s RF exposure guidelines were last updated in 1996! Discraceful!! I have been bothered by EMF severely since 5G. I am currently 25 years old. My family has had to move for my and my mother's health due to proximity to 5G. I cannot go to stores, be in areas where a 5G tower is near, go to restaurants, in public or anywhere there are 5G phones in use. It has drastically changed my life and I basically have no life outside of my home. Even now, there is a tower with panels directly facing my home and my mom and I have been sick since it was there. We didn't even know it was there, because we can't see it due to trees, but we could feel something was making us sick. A friend who knows this kind of thing makes me sick asked if I had seen the tower on Main St. N. I hadn't. She said her employer and partner live right next to it and they are sick from it. I went looking for it and discovered that even though it is over a mile away, the panels face my home directly. I asked her if she could ask her employer when this tower went up and it was the exact month, 10 months previously, that my mom and I became so sick at home that we can hardly tolerate it and have to move again. Considering that we always own our homes, this is a big deal. I'm tired of having no life, no ability to work and no solace at home. Home should be your sanctuary, but it is far from that. Home is where we are miserable and feel like we are dying. Our thyroids continue to worsen, we are tired, have headaches, heart palpitations, burning skin, brain fog, diarrhea, nausea, etc. It is awful and debilitating. There is enough scientific evidence out there that you KNOW this is bad and wrong. Stop this destroying of so many lives!!

I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. I am acutely sensitive to RF radiation and have, as a result, had my life drastically curtailed. I am unabnle to tolerate any artificial light currently, with the sole exception of very reduced light from my computer monitor, which I cover with an EMF-reducing fabric. . . and my time on the computer is greatly limited. I do not use a cell phone, due to this sensitivity, but am nonetheless exposed to it without my consent from neighbors and multiple cell phone towers around me. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court.

I am writing with utmost concern about the FCC's handling of wireless radiation and the significant negative health effects the ever growing radiation is creating for me, my family and everyone. It is the biggest issue I am concerned about as an american citizen right now. I am specifically writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. I get terrible headaches when I am in the near proximity of cell towers. In high rises, with multiple wifi, I feel agitation in my body and have trouble sleeping. When I am driving on highways that are increasingly being peppered with towers of all EMF type, I have been feeling wired and physically tired after a short period of time. Until I got an emf blocking cell phone case, my hand holding my cell phone would feel physically zapped after a few minutes of use. I am watching the rapid nervous systems, physical health and emotional well-being decline in our population and it is of utmost concern to me that IMMEDIATE PROTECTIVE ACTION and actual broad scale research be done on the effect of this technology. The FCC is NOT A HEALTH AGENCY! It does NOT have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This is the single greatest threat to life in our country and world. Please dig deep within your hearts, minds and souls, and act with URGENT PROTECTIVE AND PREVENTATIVE MEASURES & WORK IN CONCERT WITH HHS AND OTHER HEALTH AGENCIES!

I've suffered greatly from EMF Hyper-sensitivity for over 10 years. I'm unable to work, have multiple health problems, and difficulties with sleep. The excessive wifi from condos that surround me is a factor, but I can't afford to move. My social life is limited because people don't like putting their phones on airplane mode.

Around the year 2000 I realized something was very wrong because I was having double vision, so I saw a doctor who found that I had a SHWARNOMA benign growth on my 4th Cranial nerve. I had to go through a 12 hour operation at Mass General Hospital, which removed enough of this leason that it stopped growing, but my double vision will continue for the rest of my life. The cause of this growth was a portable battery operated telephone extension which I wore on my head every day for about a year until this happened. There was a sign on the box that said the thing was tested by the FCC and found to be SAFE! That was a serious LIE, but I know the FCC hasn't acknowledged the possibility of physical harm unless the radiation causes HEAT! We now know that is not true, but the FCC continues to hold this antique determination and install towers over homes and schools where ever the industry wants, STOP THIS RIGHT NOW PLEASE! It's still killing innocent people!

I lived in Oregon before I moved to North Carolina. I operated a salon in Eugene Oregon for over 18 years. I started experiencing headaches, dizzy spells and waves of nausea. I realized it only happened at work even though I had worked there for years. I researched more and found out the same time my symptoms started coincided exactly with the numerous 5G towers that had been installed around my work space. I was forced to cut back to part time and limit the amount of time I spent in the salon I had built a my life around. I ended up selling the business completely and relocating and had to hunt hard to find a home and work place far enough away from any towers. Please evaluate the safety of this radiation we are all being exposed to. For those that suffer from sensitivities to it the symptom's can be debilitating. Sincerely -Tia Seran

It's all ready bad enough that people run their WIFI day and night and don't have knowledge enough to turn those darn things off when they go to bed or to limit children's time being near it .. But when the public at large have cell phone towers near them they have no choice but to endure the exposure .. There are times i've gone to bed and had insured all my wifi's were indeed turned off but i still had humming plus the vibration of the humming from these cell towers ringing in my head .. I've had to make physical changes to my living area where i sleep and live to protect me from cell phone towers plus the random wifi of others .. No one paid me to make those changes and no one should force to me to have to make them either by leaving me no choice .. I know people who have developed radiation poisoning and they don't have a clue as to where they could have gotten it when i ask if cell phone towers are near them they say yes .. Saying that cell phone towers are paid for but no one is footing the health cost that comes along with them ..

Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public.
