SUSAN WHITE, one of the handlers for Urgent Psychiatric Care, 1201 S. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85007, 602-416-7600, worked a classic script of coercion upon patient, Amina S. Bennekaa at some points in time between Amina’s cruel and unusual 7-day protracted (beyond the normal 72-hour triage—a ploy to make appear more grave, a mild condition) custody between June 14-24, 2026. 

Whilst, at first another UPC staffer, Marianne Ortiz, groped (desparately!) for detail (to show cause) led her to trigger an episode to note: Amina’s breathing into her blouse to preserve moisture for chapped lips  became a ruse for lack of care: Amina was “talking into an imagined radio.” Might anyone have tried to mitigate dehydration, offered their captive a cup of water?

Then came the enforcer, Ms. White, whose daunting interviews might recall the likes of treatment of Abu Ghraib prisoners.
  
The twists in Ms. White’s prompts not only pre-cursored her inevitable goal, but also included blatant lies. Alleging that Amina charged a staff MD, with sexual assault against her! was a brilliant (yet, reckless!) and pre-meditated ruse which turned Amina’s original testimony into such an outrage, that Amina clearly reiterated a previously ignored statement (explaining that her father and his family committed those heinous crimes) to assert her innocence of that slanderous charge, clarify Ms.White’s intended confusion.

We might praise, with great awe, Amina’s presence of mind, as she quipped to each Ms. White’s prosecutorial advances—though in the end, the witchcraft of Ms. White’s trade concluded to its expected result: Amina’s insistence that she would, indeed comply with medication protocols—if, such would get her the endgame deal: a sooner release. 

UNFORTUNATELY, a coercive contract is an invalid contract—which must become officially void—or stand subject to remediation for crimes against humanity, including trafficking in personal health data (or, PHI); treason.  No matter? Legislative Acts, under color of law—by a foreign purse—provide immunity for all players in collusion with the global conspiracy of genocide?

Bennekaa, regret transgressions against the living; seek no claims upon non-living trusts; assert that evolutionary due process empowers me to promulgate my sound mind; invoke all of the ratified Bill of Rights to assure that we, as non-enemy combatants, are owed remedies for breach of international land agreements, service contracts, the Unanimous Declaration of Independence, 1776; Geneva, Hague, Lieber Code, General Orders 100; the Hippocratic oaths: “Let Food Be Thy Medicine”, and “Do No Harm”;  any other conventions, declarations, prayers, treatises which support universal natural law, which have been abused, breached by undisclosed foreign agents, impersonating—under color of law—unlicensed or licensed professionals administering cruel and unusual punishment as pre-cursor to constructive fraud in collusion with a global conspiracy to genocide.
