Hello, I am submitting on behalf of myself as a Citizen of the United States. I regard myself as one of the highest informational authorities regarding advanced technologies relating to the intersection of electromagnetic radiation (non-ionizing) and the human body.

I want to start out by saying I am highly appreciative of your effort to take on this subject matter, as many departments of government have entirely overlooked the obvious, the necessary, and the unacceptably dangerous aspects regarding electromagnetic system deployments in the United States.

First, we need to address that many of the concerns you are raising are pertaining to electromagnetic frequency intensity. This is partially correct as the EM spectrum has a SAR rate that does interfere with human bodies. As far as I know unless a technology has been designed with the intentional purpose of weaponization there is not credible evidence that environmental effects of baseline EM services such as telecommunication, and home electronics have an SAR high enough to cause short-medium term health effects.

However, this is not to say that EM technology has not drifted into rogue technological development through bad actors within our population, within our government, and within other governments in our world. There is a difference between raw electromagnetic energy, and how to EM spectrum can be weaponized by rogue actors to develop technologies with the explicit intent of severely harming another human biologic both physically and psychologically.

I have had first hand undeniable experience of EM weaponization being conducted by our government on unwilling civilians with the explicit purpose of biological harm, ideological castration, and psychological destabilization. While it is brave to take on this issue, you will not get farther than step one without having to accept some harsh realities. Certain members of the United States Intelligence Community in partnership with certain agencies of Law Enforcement, private sector, military contractors, and critical infrastructure providers are engaged in conspiracy against certain members of the public. These actors are highly dangerous, and I have seen first hand that anyone that tries to get involved in stopping this conspiracy is either threatened, made to look crazy, defamed, or even worse killed and replaced by black budget anomalous technologies depicting their former human biologic.

This conspiracy is the singular and only source of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation related health events that occur in this country. It is extremely difficult to find allies that will stand up against this rogue conspiracy being carried out by our government. Many people either don't know, don't believe that the technology being deployed is ontologically possible, or are quite literally implanted with biotechnological killswitches to threaten them into silence.

The conspiracy essentially involves certain members of the intelligence community and high-class political groups inducting personal rivals into being unwilling subjects of rogue black budget experimentation projects. The CIA's MK Ultra and it's offspring projects being the most common. To be entered into this program you typically have to whistleblow on government activities, purposefully or accidentally reveal identities of disguised political operatives, or become unusually intertwined with the government's illegal UAP programs.

The problem of addressing this issue as a EM problem is because EM radiation is only on branch of a much larger tree that involves undisclosed scientific discoveries. The NSA, CIA, and DIA have spent so much time outperforming modern particle physics that they have essentially created a science that goes undetectable, with EM radiation being the only thing we can understand of these technologies.

Examples include:

- Intersection of Electromagnetic ELF radiation is acoustic energy.

- Beam steering for pinpoint precise photonic energy beams that could accurately hit any hair on your head from a satellite in space.

- Use of reverse engineered NHI technology such as UAP (Which was first successfully reverse engineered in the 1950's by the way).

- Optogenetical engineered devices that can be implanted into the cochlea or mastoid air cells of the skull to remotely trigger action potentials for the purpose of mind control.

- Complete 3D mapping of individual neurons and firing patterns associated with relevant outcomes. These 3D mappings can then be converted into higher dimensional mappings (Such as Toroids.. cough cough) that can quite literally create a 3D computer mapping and visual rendering of an individuals dreams, which it is used for dream manipulation.

- Obviously by now no one at the NIH, CDC, or HHS be denying the existence of highly advanced and actively deployed Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI) and Brain-Brain Interfaces (BBI). This technology is classified, however it appears that just about anyone who has graduated law school can get access to these devices. The initial implantation process is essentially triangulation of anterior cranial structures from the cochlea, the mastoid, and the olfactory bulb with AI controlled nanotechnology that is deployed on a target through forced inhalation of them. These are often stable chemical such as graphene-oxide, which in some circumstances can actually bypass the cribiform plate of the olfactory region to travel directly upon the brain through AI controlled Optogenetic mechanisms.

- In order to hopefully make sure this report won't get stopped in transit I am going to refrain from explaining how these devices can be used to interface directly with consciousness, but it must be understood that consciousness is real and there are mechanisms to interface with it through the Black Budget technologies.

- Devices capable of electrostatic virtual photon manipulation to interface directly with space-time and allow for remote quantum tunneling (teleportation) from one place to another without even needing to directly beam someone with photonic energy. However electromagnetics are most certainly used for this capability. I have seen this used to quite literally teleport anti-psychotics into the mouth of a person that is cognitively and neurologically perfectly healthy.

There was a lot covered there, but I think the point is that it won't be as easy as passing regulations to help take on even the most basic of where electromagnetic problems are stemming from. You need members of the domestic and global intelligence community, law enforcement officers that can't be corrupted or intimidated (or at least ones that have enough conviction to stop these activities), and politicians that are not already corrupted by the conspiracy that are willing and capable of at least learning basic quantum technologies and photonics. The thing is to even get regulators in the country to even begin taking this seriously they have to accept that some things they learned in school or college are not truthful in presentation, and at the very least drastically incomplete.

It is likely not possible for HHS alone to tackle the problem of weaponized photonics, and unfortunately that even includes the most basic of the technologies that are primarily electromagnetic. It is an existential issue that requires people both willing to accept things they deemed illogical, refusing to deny their oath to the constitution and civil rights, as well as an information influx to the public in increments that they can understand before it get's sweeped right back to misinformation land by the CIA's social media team, Mossad's media outlets, and MI6's lizard people.
