Hello, my name is Grant Hall. I am a 25-year-old white male who currently resides in Gardendale, Alabama. I hold a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and hold a CPA certificate from the Alabama State Board. I am skilled in investigative sciences, and my concentration during my education was white-collar crime. Currently, I am unemployed and in the process of applying for disability. This is because I am disabled and unable to work in normal environments due to immense PTSD I have experienced from being constantly harassed by people targeting me. Since September of 2024, I have been illegally harassed, isolated, defamed, and stalked by various groups both within the government and those of non-government affiliation. I believe this began because of an engagement I made during my time as a private contractor, where it has been alleged that I uncovered a corruption scheme involving government and private industry. It started with groups renting apartments above my home at 779 Woodmere Creek Drive. There, I was subjected to my upstairs neighbor stomping as hard as they can above my apartment roughly 100 times per day. This was in conjunction with the workday, perfectly timed to imply that there was active cyber surveillance on my devices. I would hear people screaming as loud as they could when walking towards my apartment from my car. My neighbors would intentionally make creepy remarks towards me; on one occasion, my friend and I were walking to my car, and one of my neighbors said, “Hey little boy, want some candy?” Eventually, after leaving my apartment, I moved into my Mother’s apartment in Hoover. These individuals had also rented an apartment above my mother’s apartment, where the stalking continued. In addition, they were able to compromise my bathroom fan, where chemicals like ammonia, rotten food, and various others were pumped into the room. This made me physically sick on multiple occasions. When I went to the Sheriff’s department to report the harassment being done to me, I was not taken seriously and was smugly asked, “Why are they targeting you?” This is a very serious concern, as it has been proven to me that there have been cyber surveillance and denial systems deployed against my devices. Meaning that I can not reliably infer that online reports made to Law Enforcement are received. Soon after starting this process, I began to observe biotechnological interference in my body involving somatosensory sensations that were triggered externally by these actors. Specifically, it began with hearing strange sounds while waking up in the night in regions of my cervical vertebrae anterior to my spinal cord. Eventually, this foreign device was able to map my spinal cord from the DRG all the way to individual peripheral nerves. This device is still used against me for covert biotechnological interference. However, I have gotten more accustomed to it after a few years. The main handicap that it places on me is that I have constant muscle contractions along my body in addition to artificial firing of motor neurons through its written commands. It can also deeply stimulate urological nerve pathways, including the perineal nerves and inferior anal nerve, to stimulate sexual action being taken against my body. When this was brought up in a medical setting, it was written off as psychotic symptoms by medical practitioners who displayed overwhelming indications of medical malpractice. I had never been given a psychotic diagnosis before this event in my life, and do not exhibit symptomatology associated with psychiatric illness. In fact, my cognition remains highly intact. During this time of unemployment, I spend my days researching solutions to medical imaging technologies and learning fundamentals of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN). I have an upcoming assessment to become an advanced neonatal resuscitation provider. This is simply not possible for someone suffering from a schizoaffective disorder. Currently, the most dire of activities being launched by these actors have dwindled down; however, they remain severe enough that I am not able to work, socialize, or do normal activities. Due to the public smear campaign launched against me, it is especially hard to find romantic partners or anyone who is willing to have a friendship with me. The most important aspect of this is that many of the defaming public statements made about me were entirely fabricated, with the only evidence able to be produced through AI deepfakes. I am not reaching out for justice regarding the events that happened to me in the past; I am reaching out for help simply to stop the existing targeting activities that are being launched against me. This includes: 1. Driving absurdly loud cars by my home residence throughout the entire day, to the point where I have to wear earplugs while at home. 2. Following me while I am out in public to harass me through coughing in my face, pointing and laughing at me, talking about my insecurities, threatening me indirectly, tailgating my car, trying to cause car crashes, getting license plates with threatening messages towards me, using traffic pre-emptive devices to change traffic lights to red when I get to the light. 3. Using MK Ultra-style chemical warfare with toxic chemicals by: Putting them on my front door handles, car door handles, gas tank, items they know I will be purchasing, food that I purchase at restaurants, compromising my home’s ventilation. 4. Illegal cyber surveillance and denial systems that are used to track where I will be going, what content I am interested in, directing me towards fake job interviews, censoring content that could help my situation, hijacking conversations on dating apps / social media, directing my search for medical help towards those compromised by bad actors, and directing my gaming activities towards fake servers where my multiplayer lobbies are filled with usernames that involve death threats and personal details surrounding my life. 5. Weaponizing the general public against me through targeted defamation campaigns intended to place me in a hostile relationship with groups I have no intention of doing so with. This can include motorcycle clubs, street gangs, law enforcement, intelligence agencies, civil rights groups, hate groups, and any other group that could potentially help in threatening me. I have looked far and wide for anyone who is willing to stand up for me and put their foot down on what is allowed to be conducted against citizens in our country. I can take cognitive assessments, perform polygraph examinations, provide evidence regarding these situations, pull prior reports to law enforcement, or take any other necessary action to ensure confidence that I am not only telling the truth, but that I am of sound mind to determine what is truth and what is not truth.
