HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6582 https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6582 Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard. There are many ways electromagnetically intense environment can affect physical state of a human, aside from a direct hit by concentrated electromagnetic beam or a 'parcel' of concentrated energy emanating from a communication tower, which has been experienced in Denver, CO (2008) and a small town in Wisconsin (2013) where a Data Center is no being built. Aside from direct exposure to radiation, coverage creates opportunity for interaction with equipment, particularly digital equipment. For example, manipulation of blood pressure measuring devices are well known and happen routinely to personal devices, as well as those in hospitals, or those provided by pharmacies, was found as a result of direct experience and observation of other people reaction and comments. Whereas towers are usually cited as a threat, I find that intensity of wireless coverage caused uninterrupted interference with my physical health in our neighborhood in Wisconsin town of Grand Chute from 2010 through 2020. Since 2021 it got only more intense by the year, and that after we moved from a coverage intense neighborhood at previous address. The interference with physical health at those locations is more complex than simplistic statements about radiation, - density of coverage is more appropriate term for understanding of the matter. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.
