On Oct.17, 2021  I went to the police station in Iowa City to report about my directed energy weapon attacks. I talked to a policeman( Aaron Hummes 52–39. 511 S. Capital St, Iowa City, IA52240) about it and he took me to the psychiatric hospital of University of Iowa and locked me up and a person who worked there took away my phone.  I was forced to stay there for 3 weeks. That were the worst 3 weeks in my TI experience. I was not allowed to have my protective items from directed energy attacks that I used in my house and I was totally exploited for their brain control experiments with horrible pains. Plus the hospital gave me the medications such as Olanzapine, risperdal, Cogentin, Dopamine, Serotonin, benztrotine, and trazodone that gave me terrible side effects. A lady who came with the policeman was Elly Gould (jail alternative administrator) 855 S Dubuque St 202B Iowa City, IA 52240.\n When I was pushed to the psychiatric hospital in Univ of Iowa, the doctors who treated me were Dr. Asencio, Dr. Kjewski, and another doctor whose name could be identified by the above two doctors. I explained my situation as best as I could but they said that they never heard of Havana syndrome case or V2K. \n They treated me as if I were their patients. There was an advocate who called once and gave her name as Cherie White (judicial mental health advocate for Johnson County) 855 S Dubuque St 202B, Iowa City, IA52240. When I needed help, the advocate never returned my call nor answered my message. I was able to leave the mental hospital with one condition that I should take a shot of invega stutena once per month and have heavy sleeping medication and stay with a psychiatrist, Dr Susan Duffy, in the adult psychiatric section of Univ of Iowa. I pleaded not to get the shot and if I needed anything, I needed sleeping pills. I ended up taking Quetiapine. I saw Dr. Duffy a few minutes per visit afterwards.\nAfter I came out of the hospital I got a letter from Joanne in my driver license bureau, 301 West high St, Jefferson City, MO 65105, 573–851–1489 saying that my Driver License Bureau revoked. My auto insurance(Triple A Auto Ins) cancelled my car Ins policy. Walmart did not deliver my grocery because of national security reasons. I could not vote.\nMy mind is controlled by my torture group. My torture group take away my voice, my eye sight, hearing, and control, my body movements and my thought with directed energy weapon attacks. My torture group also project an image on the top of the actual object that I see. That is the reason I do not vote now. With the direct attack for three seconds I see #1 instead of #2 that is the actual object.\nMy words are truth and itself proof. How could I prove that my voice is gone sometimes because of directed energy laser attack from somewhere? Who would believe that I am tortured day and night in my house with ear noises(V2K), microwave attacks, electromagnetic pulses, and electromagnetic lasers because someone is doing brain control experiments with my brain with directed energy weapons. I am in the worse situation than Guantanamo prisoners and Uyghurs people in re-education camp in China in my house in US. When I go out of my house, I see a string of gang stalkers pointing a phone or some device toward me and I see actual light lasers coming from different directions. Once I am attacked, my noises in my ear get louder or, if it is severe case, I lose one voice or hearing.\nI am in 24 hour surveillance and someone follows me in bus, train, and airplanes.
