I still work in Nashville TN but I cannot sleep there’s I have to sleep in my car and drive out 35 minutes out of town every night in order to actually get somewhat productive sleep. My story is in this YouTube video. I have gone through enormous troubles with this. Suffice it to say it must be severely difficult, and I must have tried everything else I could think of before sleeping in my car full time year round. Without any HVAC during the nights. Even when I could technically fall asleep inside the city, my mental and cognitive health was so unbearably bad that I could not function or feel stable at all while I was trying to make it work sleeping in the city. nnEMF drastically inhibits the body’s ability to produce neurotransmitters, so when I am feeling irrationally angry, depressed, completely unable to focus or think clearly, and it those problems vanish when I actually start sleeping well by sleeping outside of the 5G range, it is obvious that I was feeling so completely unstable as I was because the 5G was making it impossible for my brain to produce neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, etc) correctly. \nI have never done cocaine, but from what I have heard, the crash afterwards is absolutely horrendous, because cocaine artificially releases all of the dopamine in your body (or way way more than normal). So the next day, your dopamine tank is way way emptier than it would ever be otherwise. \nI have never done cocaine, but I still felt the same crash, because 5G kept my brain from being able to make dopamine. Check out David Herrera “Solar Athlete.” His breakdown of this science has really helped me as well as his protocols for getting healthier. But make no mistake, those protocols aren’t going to make it possible to just tough it out. You still have to get out of the 5G coverage. \nOne more thing. I really truly see that if we continue on this path, severe mental health problems are going to skyrocket. Schizophrenia, borderline, suicidal ideation, severe depression and anxiety, (the actually scary kind) where you really don’t feel in control. All of these disorders are downstream effects of the body not being able to properly produce or balance neurotransmitters and hormones. And because 5G seems so nebulous (many people don’t feel it or notice that they feel it) , also because mental health problems seem so nebulous, I fear that these problems will skyrocket as a direct effect of 5 and 6 G severely oppressing our physiology BUT NO ONE WILL REALIZE THAT 5G IS THE MAIN CAUSE , so they will send all of these otherwise normal people to institutions or write them off as crazy and leave them to the streets. \n\nMy story about 5G and WiFi: https://youtu.be/djGIsb6fwG0?is=WzimNH3zvfD7qMLT\n","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6051","tags":["sleep-cognition","exposure-places"],"source_hash":"803a84d5a451f995c176893f14e87b6df57c1e0df00c0a499790b29257c4b3ba","slug":"sleep-cognition-comment-6051","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6051","body_sha256":"e6e722f95221e1f824467367ec8466b1c17a5e5e3d44b584211fc12240751d00","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"access","topics":[{"id":"access","evidence":"sleeping in my car full time year round"},{"id":"wifi","evidence":"large amounts of WiFi in apartment complexes"},{"id":"neurological","evidence":"mental and cognitive health was so unbearably bad"},{"id":"mechanisms","evidence":"5G kept my brain from being able to make dopamine"}],"summary":"The commenter reports sleeping in a car outside Nashville because they associate urban 5G and Wi-Fi exposure with insomnia and cognitive and emotional difficulties.
