We time off our router at night as well because that was a blocker to sleeping and healing.  You can feel the difference in a home when you block these waves. I care for my 92 year old mother who was diagnosed either Alzheimer’s.  There is a big difference in her behavior after placing a usb blocker in the outlet closest to where the smart meter is on our home and turning off the  electricity to the  couch she sits in often. \nThere’s no doubt that the big poles everywhere are emitting radiation that interfere with healthy human function.
