Hello, I am submitting on behalf of myself as a Citizen of the United States. I regard myself as one of the highest informational authorities regarding advanced technologies relating to the intersection of electromagnetic radiation (non-ionizing) and the human body.

I want to start out by saying I am highly appreciative of your effort to take on this subject matter, as many departments of government have entirely overlooked the obvious, the necessary, and the unacceptably dangerous aspects regarding electromagnetic system deployments in the United States.

First, we need to address that many of the concerns you are raising are pertaining to electromagnetic frequency intensity. This is partially correct as the EM spectrum has a SAR rate that does interfere with human bodies. As far as I know unless a technology has been designed with the intentional purpose of weaponization there is not credible evidence that environmental effects of baseline EM services such as telecommunication, and home electronics have an SAR high enough to cause short-medium term health effects.

However, this is not to say that EM technology has not drifted into rogue technological development through bad actors within our population, within our government, and within other governments in our world. There is a difference between raw electromagnetic energy, and how to EM spectrum can be weaponized by rogue actors to develop technologies with the explicit intent of severely harming another human biologic both physically and psychologically.

I have had first hand undeniable experience of EM weaponization being conducted by our government on unwilling civilians with the explicit purpose of biological harm, ideological castration, and psychological destabilization. While it is brave to take on this issue, you will not get farther than step one without having to accept some harsh realities. Certain members of the United States Intelligence Community in partnership with certain agencies of Law Enforcement, private sector, military contractors, and critical infrastructure providers are engaged in conspiracy against certain members of the public. These actors are highly dangerous, and I have seen first hand that anyone that tries to get involved in stopping this conspiracy is either threatened, made to look crazy, defamed, or even worse killed and replaced by black budget anomalous technologies depicting their former human biologic.

This conspiracy is the singular and only source of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation related health events that occur in this country. It is extremely difficult to find allies that will stand up against this rogue conspiracy being carried out by our government. Many people either don't know, don't believe that the technology being deployed is ontologically possible, or are quite literally implanted with biotechnological killswitches to threaten them into silence.

The conspiracy essentially involves certain members of the intelligence community and high-class political groups inducting personal rivals into being unwilling subjects of rogue black budget experimentation projects. The CIA's MK Ultra and it's offspring projects being the most common. To be entered into this program you typically have to whistleblow on government activities, purposefully or accidentally reveal identities of disguised political operatives, or become unusually intertwined with the government's illegal UAP programs.

The problem of addressing this issue as a EM problem is because EM radiation is only on branch of a much larger tree that involves undisclosed scientific discoveries. The NSA, CIA, and DIA have spent so much time outperforming modern particle physics that they have essentially created a science that goes undetectable, with EM radiation being the only thing we can understand of these technologies.
