Lives are being impacted in a negative way.

It is almost impossible to drive at night due to blinding headlights. LED lights are problematic. I am temporarily unable to see, either blinding me directly in my eyes coming towards me or when the lights appear behind me. Attempting to look away from the lights does not work and causes a dangerous loss of focus on the road.

Please research all the impacts to heath, society and safety.
