They are blinding. I have to squint and look at the line on the shoulder to make sure I can see a small part of the road. People have gotten into accidents because manufacturers are making them bright blue white. Research shows it can damage our retina and that it negatively impacts wildlife and our environment upon which we all depend to survive.  For anyone who drives at night this is dangerous.  I can't imagine how dangerous it would be for someone who drives hundreds of miles a week at night as part of their night job. My suggestion for the current cars on the road is to require them to put a vinyl amber wrap on them to prevent the glare.  Automobiles in production should be required to insert headlights that have a warm amber color closer to the old headlight colors that are not so harsh on eyes or the environment. If implementing this white blue light is about the concern for being able to see further, then we have just negated that effect by causing dangerous blinding of oncoming traffic.  NOT SAFE. Not worth risking our lives to see a little further ahead.
