Due to recent upgrades in utility lines by ComEd, our electric utility in a Chicago suburb, my backyard now reads as hazardous on my EMF meter. I have tried several different meters and I get the same readings.  I called ComEd and asked them to take readings.  Their readings agreed with mine but they didn't do anything about it.  I have read that a China and Russia have emf limits 100 times stricter than ours.  It is unacceptable that my family and I must experience  unsafe levels of radiation in our back yard just because the government is over 20 years behind the times in adopting radiation standards.
