Then the pain would start every time with in 30 minutes of wear it then the pain would go up my whole arm. I would take the watch off and within an hour the pain was gone. So I ended up stop wearing it, my husband thought I was crazy until it started happening to him about a year later. I then tried an Oura ring and the pain started in my finger then it would go up to my hand and wrist then my whole arm. I would even turn it on airplane mode so it wouldn’t be sending and receiving information to and from my phone and it still was happening so I had to stop wearing it. I stopped wearing all wearable tech because of the emf pain I was feeling.
