Affecting other drivers.  These modern lights are brighter than anything from our past. I literally am forced to turn my sideview mirrors down and my rear view mirror up when driving at night to protect my vision from the rear.  I also have a \"sunscreen\" I use that is attached to my visor. This is pull down  to block the left side of my windshield.
