I am writing to document my individual Directed Energy experience in the summer of 1985. An individual in the Denver Colorado State Department and Colorado Bureau of Investigation along with my older brother Don Conner and a CBI Unit he ran with doing drug busts. It’s really pretty bad. He was busting friends that he grew up with in the North Denver Mob. He was gang stalking them way beyond the law. He would tell me that rape, murder, shooting them in the back, we’re talking about friends and family that they were actually chasing.\nI wouldn’t shut up, I ended up with a Directed Energy laser shot to the left side of my head. The State Department told me later that I fought Don and he wanted me dead. I was on my way home around noon coming from the store in my truck, turning right at a large  intersection, seeing across the intersection several girls, one with a gun on top of their car making a\nRight turn suddenly seeing a bright white laser light shooting across the street directly burning into my left ear, melting my inner ear, horrible pain, then the girl screamed angerily that I was GPS’d forever, as they took off the opposite direction. The very beginning of a very painful life. I was not allowed a Doctor. I went to my minster after my mom died, no help. Therapist, no help, 1986 I lost my whole family. During Covid 2020\nI went to Florida trying to get an appointment to see Dr. Michael E. Hoffer, his office closed just as I got down there. I ended up finding a room to rent in Tallahassee, went to a Dr. Greg Perry, 1407 MD Lane, STE B Tallahassee Florida, 32308 850-942-5775 for a referral to see Dr. Michael E. Hoffer his office still closed. Sarah Chipps-Walton APRN convinced me to see specialist there. Hoffer, who I found wasn’t seeing civilian Havana Syndrome patients any longer, and Dr. James Giordano who on a podcast informed people he would take referrals, but I \nCouldn’t get a call back.
