Directed energy weapons being used on US soil on American citizens. It needs to stop.  Agree to provide Targeted Justice's federal action the required prayer for relief.  That is to provide the protocol for diagonosing citizens with the same diagonos protocol provided to member of the military.  Stop using the sound and energy weapons on American citizens who are whistleblowers of the government's crimes or political opponents.
