Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure
I. Introduction
This comment presents a selection of official and expert sources demonstrating advancements and scope of EMF RF technology applications, including historic accounts of human experiments in the U.S and large-scale contemporary (covert) deployment of harmful Directed Energy Weapons (DEW)  /  EMF / RF WEAPON systems on targeted citizens that need URGENT attention and action. Organizations such as TargetedJustice.com, PACTSntl.org, ICATOR.be, STOPeg.com (among others) have tens of thousands of members reaching out for help and relief from most cruel human experimentation and torment day in day, conducted under Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs, https://uapnewsdesk.com/2025/05/31/what-are-special-access-sap-usap-wusap/) under the leadership of the United States. Nuremberg material. Every brain and central nervous system (CNS) is at risk and can be connected to wireless weapons/control systems (Havana Syndrome, AHI1, DEBE: Directed-Energy Bio-Effects, https://www.war.gov/News/Releases/Release/Article/4540375/Department-of-War-establishes-the-Directed-Energy-Bio-Effects-cross-functional/). Is MAHA willing to live up to their responsibility to PROTECT CITIZENS from remote-controlled EMF RF weapons causing grave harm to targeted bodies and brains? Thousands of citizens’ health and lives are lost.
HHS cannot shrug off responsibility or jurisdiction. Atrocities at this scale are NOT possible unless HHS is complicit (condones the projects, looks the other way, ignores/neglects reports in high numbers, remains silent).
HHS, NIH, FDA’s involvement in human experimentation, systematic harm on citizens is a matter of public records, as illustrated under Q18, additional evidence (and Q6 (6)) of this comment. 

Recommendations for HHS are summarized at the end of this comment. 
- Addressing the discrimination of ordinary civilians raised in the seminal lawsuit Ber vs CDC (https://clearinghouse.net/case/48312/) along with 
- a permanent HELPLINE (like the Church Committee offered) for those harmed by WEAPONIZED military-grade EMF RF Neuro Technology is crucial to end the historic cover up of crimes against humanity with covert weapons technology. 
- Implement the UN Draft RECOMMENDATIONS on Neuro-Technology, Paris 2025. 
- DECLASSIFICATION of taxpayer-funded R&D of weaponized EMF RF technology and 
- a PUBLIC DIALOGUE with officials refraining from being paid off to remain silent(?) are overdue. 
Beware of Intelligence plants in every branch of the government tasked to thwart/stonewall any efforts to acknowledge and address the EMF RF abuses / USAP ‘ULTRA’ (security clearance level 35, https://x.com/RLight30/status/2020829115318784264) against targeted subjects. Our government listening to infiltration (Deep State gatekeepers) rather than to their citizens is one of the main reasons for ongoing special operations and grave harm.
