My name is Anthony Cotton and I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure (EMR).

Background
----------
My comments are supported by my background as a Chemical Engineer with training and experience in a number of relevant areas; Energy - (oil & gas, electrical, Solar), IT - web development consulting for numerous Fortune 100 companies (banks, pharma, tech, research as well as Federal Agencies). My more recent focus has been a broad study of Human Health - specific to this topic, my certification as an EMRS (Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist) from the Building Biology Institute.

Analysis
-------
The dramatic escalation in the pervasiveness and intensity of people's unseen EMF environment (both public and private) is both unprecedented and unwise. Regulatory agency assurances of "safety" are deceptive at best and malevolent at worst. Premised on the assertion that only EMR energy levels high enough to cause tissue heating would be of concern is absurd and flies in the face of voluminous evidence to the contrary. Biological impacts from very subtle energetic environments are well documented... EMR effects are not dose dependent.

The Truth regarding EMR human health effects can only be pursued if the government is Truly "Of the people, by the people and for the people".
