The lights are blinding and create a situation where you may not even see a pedestrian crossing the street.  Many times I have to avert my eyes from the road because of the intensity of the lights which creates a dangerous driving environment. There needs to be a regulation that reduces the lumens coming from the headlights.\n\nAdditionally the police cars, ambulances and firetrucks also have blinding lights when activated.  This is insane because you could easily look away and hit another car or drive off the road.
