It can see what you see , hear what you hear , and can torture you remotley even give you nightmares . It communicates and works with churches , healthcare , law enforcement , air traffic.\n\nAn example is everynight for the past eight years when  I try to sleep I close my eyes and see cartoons like animation , colors , dots .\nThis animation can vary though often uses similar characters like a man with a hat and uniform flipping me off to spitting , sometimes several walking off and repeats all night .\n\nThe animation can be what I seen throughout the day to anything really but mostly taunting and detractors stuff possibly autonomous to a level (ai torture)\n\nWhen or if I do fall asleep I am woke up almost immediately by involuntary movements of arms , legs , feet , wrists , neck twisting , shoulders rolling\nWhen I try and fall back asleep animation changes to a man with sunglasses staring at me flipping me off like screw you , other times it is the man’s head facing up appearing and disappearing with red color or blue and moves around like a sadistic screensaver\n\nWhen I wake up every word I look at moves up and down suggestively like yes or left and right like no as if someone can see what I see when I see it .\nA good example is being in a voting booth looking at a candidates name and it moving side to side \nAlso what I call pokes Pokes are like stings or itches to sensitive parts of my body often nose , mouth , neck , eyes even ears . \n\nThe pokes can change in intensity lasting all night along with the visual torture and movements of my body leading to severe sleep deprivation for years .\n\nPokes also happen when studying Spanish for example a language I have been trying to learn in case I become a refugee again .\nHigh pitch ringing in ears changing pitch similar to tinitus non stop.\nMy hands shake after all the years of sleep deprivation and psychological torture. \nI don’t know if it is early Parkinson’s from sleep deprivation or from the adrenal shock . Some mornings I drop my breakfast or lunch when trying to eat , sometimes lunch and dinner .\n\nNeedless to say this has severely impacted my life from not being able to hold a job , receiving fair and adequate healthcare , prejudicial treatment by authorities even my character in the community .\n A good example is when the government tries to torture you to death slowly over several years it can be difficult if not impossible to have a family (the American dream)\n\nThe system is so bad here I was forced to quit going to church as the security would target me and ask me to move my seat every Sunday sometimes when nobody would even sit on my row (they work with everyone at least that makes money)\nPastors , doctors , law enforcement, even fly planes over me (command and control)\n\nI have wrote three administrations ; doj , fbi , ocr , army , Air Force , nasa , darpa , every oig , hhs , dhs , us attorneys , congress , senate basically anyone that has a power or position that publishes stories of helping Americans \n\nThat said the attacks haven’t stopped , the people that work with the system have built careers , families even fortunes \nMy future is that of a heart attack from the sleep deprivation , stroke , Parkinson’s (if I don’t already have it) , dementia , homelessness, even being deprived of liberty in a mental health facility .\nThings I would like to see done ;\nAccountability\nFederal statutes for cyber torture \nClearer military definitions of cyber warfare , psychological operations \nTighter oversight of DOD research and funding \nEducation for public , first responders , healthcare \nDisclosure of victims \nReviews of those incarcerated or confined to mental health facilities \nDisclosure \nInsurance codes and tests\n","attachments":["https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-7029/attachment_2.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-7029/attachment_1.pdf"],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-7029","tags":["health-experiences","sleep-cognition","exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"b201e6cb92006582fcecc8240c66ee0e4fcd517acd3e945ce2dba6c9abb848d2","slug":"health-experiences-comment-7029","classification":null,"forum_topics":["awaiting-review"],"primary_topic":"awaiting-review","forum_title":"Havana syndrome , MK ultra , 5g , cyber torture , electronic harassment , brain hacking , bci , wban etc.…"}
