I am responding as: an individual\n3a. Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…)Cellular phone, Wi-Fi, smaer meter, cell towers.\n3b. Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years):Wi-Fi and Laptop for work and personal items. Cell phone for everyday purposes including work. Smart meter is on almost every home and cell towers are everywhere.\n3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:Anxiety, lack of restful sleep, hearing a loud pitched ringing and/or pulsation that others cannot hear. Lack of energy, headaches, brain fog.\n3d. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects:When Android smartphones first came out around 2010. When 4G LTE and 5G were released symptoms got worse.\n3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?No, most doctors do not think much of EMF.\n3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?Anti EMF radiation phoe case, safe sleeve blanket, Anti Emf/radiation products. Get away from cell towers, get into the countryside.\n3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information:None.\nAdditional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's:Wireless radiation or EMF does imapct health and more ligh tneeds to be shed on it.\nB1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects:Cell Phone, but will switch to a flip phone soon. Wi-Fi, cell towers, smart meters.\nB1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you:Some cell towers.\nB1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed:Wi-Fi sometimes.\nB1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy):Sauna, cold therapy, alternative therapies, cellular activation.\nB2a. Health conditions you think may contribute to your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless:PTSD, anxiety.\nB2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless, but might be relevant:Old military injuries, tendon injuries,\nB3. For each subquestion please list up to 5 drugs or therapies or home remedies (if any)\nB3a. That you recommend, as they helped you tolerate or recover from EMF exposure:Getting away from cell towers, unplugging Wi-Fi at night,\nB3b. That you recommend, but you’re not positive that they help:NA\nB3c. That helped you but you don’t recommend. (e.g., the benefit did not last long or the side effects were too harmful):NA\nB3d. Treatments that had no effect:NA\nB3e. Treatments that made your sensitivity worse:35-44\nB4. What is your age range?35-44\nB5. What year did you become aware of your sensitivity to wireless radiation or electromagnetic fields?Around 2010.\nB6. What country, state, province, or major city were you living in when you first noticed your sensitivity to wireless or electromagnetic fields?Minnesota.","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6811","tags":["health-experiences","sleep-cognition","exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"f78e6f83daaff5ba277f59c448a7ebf5621f49c33bf8df7e08ffcc0a22ebcdef","slug":"health-experiences-comment-6811","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6811","body_sha256":"7bf200dcf5adbafd490a38e8d1191bc96252775c58aeee33159199d03a1a82f9","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"neurological","topics":[{"id":"neurological","evidence":"Anxiety, lack of restful sleep, hearing a loud pitched ringing and/or pulsation that others cannot hear."},{"id":"wifi","evidence":"Getting away from cell towers, unplugging Wi-Fi at night,"},{"id":"smart-meters","evidence":"Wi-Fi, cell towers, smart meters."}],"summary":"Reports sleep disturbance, ringing, headaches and brain fog associated with wireless technologies, worsening after newer cellular generations, and describes exposure reduction and personal coping measures.","reviewed_at":"2026-10-28T23:54:32Z","review_method":"Full comment-text review with exact source evidence; attachments not reviewed","review_source_sha256":"898960cbc6190f23346e5c99d22d6b33515bf90624557799928e0fb5950e9a1f","source_url":"https://rfsafe.net/hhs-comments/data/catalog.json","scope":"Original comment body; attachments excluded"},"forum_topics":["neurological","wifi","smart-meters"],"primary_topic":"neurological","forum_title":"Reports sleep disturbance, ringing, headaches and brain fog associated with wireless technologies, worsen…"}
