In my home, I have spent thousands of dollars on screens to block the radiation coming from smart meters, cell towers, neighbors' routers, and other sources. We have one router that we only use for a small amount of time each day to operate the computer. It is shut off as soon as we are through with it during the day, and especially at night. My cell phone is a 4G flip phone which I use judiciously.\n\nPhysical Symptoms\n\nWhen I am around a number of cell phones or computers, my eyes, face, and stomach begin burning, and I have to remove myself from these areas.\n\nSocial and Housing Limitations\n\nI can no longer visit friends since most of their homes are filled with RF products, though some friends will kindly turn off their devices so that we can visit. My whole life has changed. This has impacted our entire way of living, our traveling, where we go locally, and how we live. We have been looking for a house away from the city in hopes of finding a place away from all RF. However, the area we are looking in may be installing data centers; we will have the final results regarding that in December.\n\nMitigation Measures Used\n\nTo mitigate this inside our current home, I have a canopy that blocks Wi-Fi in order to sleep. I also use a Safe and Sound Pro II meter to determine which areas of my house are safe or toxic. I can only live in certain areas of my home because the RF penetrates the walls and affects my health.\n\nConclusion and Institutional Concerns\n\nThis investigation is long overdue. If I were to get seriously ill, I would not be able to stay in a hospital because the RF levels there are overwhelming. Please take action to address this issue as technology continues to be upgraded.\n","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6760","tags":["health-experiences","sleep-cognition","exposure-places"],"source_hash":"24397c37f5bd1490de959f78878fb417003e59bb6da7e98f32ccb714b7e77a82","slug":"health-experiences-comment-6760","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6760","body_sha256":"9d06fff25c9f3d779f703aabc914e464aba14832bc400e657e3fd467891de4fc","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"access","topics":[{"id":"access","evidence":"I can no longer visit friends since most of their homes are filled with RF products"},{"id":"wifi","evidence":"I have a canopy that blocks Wi-Fi in order to sleep."},{"id":"smart-meters","evidence":"radiation coming from smart meters, cell towers, neighbors' routers, and other sources."}],"summary":"Describes longstanding symptoms around wireless devices, substantial shielding costs and restrictions on housing, travel and social contact, and requests action as technology expands.","reviewed_at":"2026-10-28T23:54:32Z","review_method":"Full comment-text review with exact source evidence; attachments not reviewed","review_source_sha256":"e3aed74d00647ae69ed5c62a5c229aa779976ce834ceb00d9841339a87e8e2cc","source_url":"https://rfsafe.net/hhs-comments/data/catalog.json","scope":"Original comment body; attachments excluded"},"forum_topics":["access","wifi","smart-meters"],"primary_topic":"access","forum_title":"Describes longstanding symptoms around wireless devices, substantial shielding costs and restrictions on …"}
