Symptoms vary at different levels and times. I have to go outdoors for relief often on hiking trails to recover. I have tried shutting off the power box and fuses. I often turn off my phone and cover it like a Faraday cage. The mattress I sleep on is lying on an insulation sheet to help deflect emf frequencies. I am researching silver lined clothing, hats and saving money for a silver thread canopy for my bed plus methods like paints for the house and other grounding methods.
