Please note that CPTF safeguards the confidentiality of your data.\n1. & 2. Responding as: an individual\n3a. Type of sources: Injured by: Mobile phones; Wi-Fi; Smart Meters, Dirty Electricity; High Tension Powerline Fields, all have detrimental effects on my system\n3b. Nature, duration, frequency, timing: Started in May, 2012, (so 14-years) with the installation of a non UL approved, constant transmitting smart meter on my home. Smart meter came from China. I was COMPLETELY healthy prior to that time. The results from the injury still persists.\n3c. Adverse health effects: Welting, itching, burning, peeling of the skin on my face, neck and upper and elbow creases of both arms; heart palpitations, headaches, dizziness.\n3d. Time from exposure to appearance of adverse effects; did a change coincide with onset: Time from first exposure to appearance of adverse health effect: 1-week. Yes, change in exposure did/does coincide with onset of adverse effects. I had none of the adverse effects prior to first exposure.\n3e. Medical evaluation sought? Diagnosis? YES. Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity currently renamed to Electromagnetic Spectrum Syndrome; my term is Electromagnetic Spectrum Injury.\n3f. Steps taken to reduce exposure; subsequent changes in effects: Yes. I requested that the smart meter be removed from my home and I was told by the utility company I'd have to pay $50/mo. to \"opt out\". I told them I never \"opted in\" and that I wanted the meter off my house. The utility company complied approximately 14-months later. I keep my cellphone on airplane mode and ask others to do the same when I'm with them; I have a hard-wired computer; I limit visiting homes of family and friends who don't understand the effects of electromagnetic field/electromagnetic radiation overexposure; I limit flying because of the massive amount of EMF/EMR in the airport and on a plane when cellphones are active; I drive a 2005 vehicle which has low EMR, removing all metals from my mouth, which is an extremely slow and expensive process. My symptoms are more quiet presently through my efforts to minimize exposure. However, symptoms will flare within hours of overexposure. Unfortunately, limiting exposure also means limiting contact with family and friends.\n3g. The complete collection of these papers contains more than 2,000 abstracts with links to the papers. Several hundred EMF scientists around the world receive these updates. To see abstracts for the most recent papers or to download volumes 1 to 3 of this collection go to: https://www.saferemr.com/2022/06/recent-research-on-wireless-radiation.html Recent Research on Wireless Radiation and Electromagnetic Fields\nAdditional Details: It has been and continues to be a nightmare!!\nB1a. Sources experienced as causing Adverse Effects: The electromagnetic fields; electromagnetic spectrum radiation; continuous transmitting smart meters; active cellphones; WiFi; dirty electricity; high tension powerline fields.\nB1b. Sources can sense, but don't harm: None!!\nB1c. Can use without sensing: None!!\nB1d. That provide benefit: I've tried electrotherapy, it was not useful.\nB2a. Health conditions that may contribute: Metal/Mercury crowns and fillings, which are scientifically shown to create a galvanic condition in the mouth, which is exacerbated throughout the body.\nB2b. Other health conditions: None.\nB3. Drugs, therapies, remedies, or practices:\nB3a. Can recommend: Being outside gardening; being in Nature; exercising daily; eating organic/Nature grown food, massage therapy.\nB3b. Can recommend, but not positive they help: None\nB3c. Helped but don’t recommend: None\nB3d. Treatments having no effect: None\nB3e. That made sensitivity worse: 65-74\nB4. Age range: 65-74\nB5. Year you became aware of your sensitivity to RF/EMFs: 2012\nB6.
