{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-5956","number":"5956","name":"Tortured Desperate","organization":"","posted":"2026-10-28T04:00Z","received":"2026-10-21T04:00Z","body":"Thank you for this opportunity to speak out.  \nI am a single female in my 60s and I am a 'Targeted Individual'.  \nI am tracked, targeted, photographed, gang stalked and tortured electronically 24/7 and although I have been targeted for decades, the torture began February 2, 2024.\n\nI purchased an Electromagnetic Radiation Tester and that provides some feedback as to the levels of exposure in my rental home.  This home was built in 2022 in a smart city and the power outlets emit very high levels over 100V/m.  Inside the walls are over 200/V/m and the Smart TV's emit over 300 V/m.  This is known in the targeted community as a 'Kill Box'.\n\nThe extreme level of EMF/RF torture is done at night while I am asleep, and I consider this to be 'Energy harvesting' to benefit the federal data center nearby.  I wake up in extreme pain with a terrible headache, body shaking uncontrollably and unable to close my hands.  The extremely loud ringing in both ears causes vertigo and memory loss.  I'm disabled because of it, but the SSDI will not approve disability income, even after failing my doctor's tests, hearing tests and mental examinations required by the SSA.\n\nSomeone is torturing me to degrade my ability to live freely and contemplate suicide.\nI consider myself to be enslaved.  If I go to a hotel, I will be tortured much worse than at home.  If I go on a hike, people will harass me and divert me from my intended destination.  If I go to the store, people will block my access to shelves or items I intend to purchase - we call it 'Gang-stalking'.\n\nI do not keep my cell phone on for more than an hour a day.  I do not have wearables.  They drug my water and perform procedures while I'm asleep.  I wake up with injection marks, scratches, wounds and I am raped and drugged during the night.  The technology they use is 'no touch' non-lethal torture, but I can feel everywhere on my body where they target and the source's general direction.  There are implants in my vagina and I am raped electronically almost nonstop.  They have installed a sensor in my car seat so I get no relief.\n\nMy vehicle is vandalized and I'm followed and photographed everywhere I go.  Once I have been tagged, a drone hits me in the head with a painful laser.  I will receive 5-10 attacks in a day of running three errands.  I only leave the house once a week now. I am innocent and have no idea why I'm being tortured.\n\nThe FBI has a Terrorist Watchlist sections 3 and 4, with no known ties to terrorism.\n70% of those names are single, educated women.
