I am responding as: an individual\n3a. Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…)Wi-Fi, especially when homes have connected devices and appliences\n3b. Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years):aware since 2012, but got more intense over the last 3 years, more effected inside a building and more precise effected at night between 6pm to 6am. also on flights and offices.\n3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:unease, heart palpitation, shallow breathing, light muscle spasm, insomnia\n3d. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects:over the last 3 years i can definitely feel an increase of the symptoms.\n3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?RF/EMF was tested and I was advised to change the laptop from wireless to wire and switch off the wifi at night.\n3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?as mentioned in point 3e, i experience improvements in my home, the symptoms come right back when i am outside or sleep outside of my home.\n3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information:no\nAdditional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's:during the testing of my RF sensibilty my body shows also high rates of heavy metals, specially aluminium and cadmium.\nB1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects:cellular phone, mac book, wifi, electric heating, electric car\nB1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you:electric appliances and heavy led light\nB1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed:not sure\nB1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy):infrared light or infrared mat\nB2a. Health conditions you think may contribute to your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless:stroke\nB2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless, but might be relevant:allergies\nB3. For each subquestion please list up to 5 drugs or therapies or home remedies (if any)\nB3a. That you recommend, as they helped you tolerate or recover from EMF exposure:walking with bare feet in nature or water, work with hands in the soil.\nB3b. That you recommend, but you’re not positive that they help:baths with special salts\nB3c. That helped you but you don’t recommend. (e.g., the benefit did not last long or the side effects were too harmful): \nB3d. Treatments that had no effect: \nB3e. Treatments that made your sensitivity worse:65-74\nB4. What is your age range?65-74\nB5. What year did you become aware of your sensitivity to wireless radiation or electromagnetic fields?2012\nB6. What country, state, province, or major city were you living in when you first noticed your sensitivity to wireless or electromagnetic fields?California, Marin\n","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-5884","tags":["health-experiences","sleep-cognition","exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"6d58b58361bb3a8807c3e63925012f59587aeef5004dea468d1ab412a9acee1d","slug":"health-experiences-comment-5884","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-5884","body_sha256":"8e0e7daabc7dcf24a4ca4c531d2eb5ede09931e4f8b452d5463655f0966a5805","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"wifi","topics":[{"id":"wifi","evidence":"F/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…)Wi-Fi, especially when homes have connected devic"},{"id":"cardiac","evidence":"Adverse health effect(s) experienced:unease, heart palpitation, shallow breathing, light muscle spasm, insomnia\n3d.
