Bennekaa, dob, May 9, 2002. CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS\nJune 13, 2026 City of Phoenix Police apprehended traumatized subject, Amina Shahadah Bennekaa, from home at 1025 E. Moreland Street, #B, Phoenix, AZ 85006, advised me, Cynthia L. Anderson-Bennekaa, plaintiff, (also resident at 1025 East Moreland Street #B, Phoenix, AZ 85006), to petition for a 72-hour only evaluation at Urgent Psychiatric Care (UPC).  June 14, 2026 Arraignment hearing sent Amina to UPC, 1201 S, 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85007; 602-416-7600. MEDICAL GASLIGHTING / CRUEL, UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT- June 24, 2026–already a TEN!-day protracted custody (a ploy to make appear more grave, a condition), Valleywise Maryvale Mental Health, 5102 W. Campbell Avenue, Unit 602, Phoenix, AZ 85031; 480-344-2000, opened a bed for a flimsy UPC re-petition for longer observation based upon only two fabrications from UPC staffers Marianne Ortiz, and Susan White, respectively, alleged that Amina 1) was “talking into a radio” (ruse for dereliction to offer a cup of water, to relieve chapped lips—anyone on task—eh..?) whilst Amina contests that she was merely breathing into her shirt to preserve moisture—and, anyway? tens of thousands of spirits wander city streets, traffic public highways vibing with prompts from headphones: millions of miles! of radio communication and, 2) accused an MD for sexual abuse”—an outrageous! contrast to Amina’s attempt to “clearly communicate: the heinous crimes were committed by her father, his family.”  By fabricating ruses (gaslighting, dehydrating, prolonged detention—all, ployZ! to make appear more grave, Amina’s condition) for escalating Amina’s mental duress, UPC staffers ignored a real crime report, as well, the original cause of Amina’s trauma, and later, deleterious deed—which at point of entrance, was only deemed a misdemeanor—and, MOREOVER, omitted noting Amina’s NON substance-abuse.  ASSAULT / MOLESTATION / TORTURE/PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION TRAFFICKING- June 29, 2026, Amina complained about her experience having blood drawn by a Valleywise technician whilst two bystander techs commented, “We’ve never seen anyone as white as paper (only a few shades lighter?) like this before.” In contrast, presiding MD Kendal L. Smith, 480-344-2000,  brazenly dismissed Amina’s feeling of “dizziness, nausea, near-death”, as being “common among other patients.” LATER, in a paradoxical-180, enterprising MD Smith offered to hold Amina’s hand whilst injecting poison into her body—a “deal” to win Amina’s release—reinforcing unconscionable, coercion to contract. HEARSAY IS NOT EVIDENCE / PRE-MEDITATED MURDER: July 2, 2026, Maricopa County Superior Behavior Health Court judge, Geoffrey Fish ordered court-ordered treatment for one year of anti-psychotic medication which has known side effects of seizures, death. Prosecutor, Susan Frank, entertained the same two flimsy testimonies from UPC petitioners. Thus, after almost three weeks of purported observation, Judge Fish’s court failed to show that Amina was a “danger to herself”; or a “danger to else”, delivered a death sentence, an excessive punishment, disproportionate to a misdemeanor. Tuesday July 7, 2026, I attended a staff meeting (per phone) regarding Amina’s discharge, in which presiding Valleywise Maryvale Unit 602, MD Kendal L. Smith facilitated Outpatient Services Director for Valle del Sol, 1209 S. First Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85007, 602-258-6797, John Strickler’s fear of Amina’s inquiry of the Valleywise booklet instructs regarding patient’s right to refusal, as if it was a personal threat. Thus, after four weeks’ observation failed to evidence Amina’s danger to herself, or to else—and OMITTED any note regarding Amina’s NON substance dependent status—Maricopa County Judge Geoffrey Fish’s July 2, 2026 baseless Court Order and UPC, 602-246-7600; Valleywise Maryvale, 480-344-2000; and Valle del Sol’s, 602-258-6796, medical fraud, and unconscionable coercion to any other binding contracts upon Amina S.
