I am responding as: an individual\n3a. Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…)Wifi, mobile phones\n3b. Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years):20 years\n3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:Brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, pressure and pain behind the eyeballs, pain in neck and shoulders, headache, dizzyness, heart palpitations.\n3d. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects:1 year\n3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?Electromagnetic hypersensitivity was diagnosed by a physician\n3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?I stopped using a mobile phone, I shielded all the walls in my home, I bought radiation-protective clothing and stay inside my home (I don't go out anymore). When not exposed to radiation, I feel fine. When exposed to radiation, I am sick for 5 days, stay home and after 5 days I'm all better.\n3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information:I have a medical certificate from my physician.\nAdditional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's: \nB1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects:Wifi, mobile phones, cell towers, bluetooth, in fact: all smart wireless appliances.\nB1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you: \nB1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed:A cabled laptop, a corded telephone, my electric tootbrush (without anything wireless)\nB1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy):Food supplements, Hydrogen inhalation machine.\nB2a. Health conditions you think may contribute to your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless:Lyme's disease.\nB2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless, but might be relevant: \nB3. For each subquestion please list up to 5 drugs or therapies or home remedies (if any)\nB3a. That you recommend, as they helped you tolerate or recover from EMF exposure:The only remedy is to stay away from radiation! Lying on your back on the earth in a radiation free environment.\nB3b. That you recommend, but you’re not positive that they help: \nB3c. That helped you but you don’t recommend. (e.g., the benefit did not last long or the side effects were too harmful):Bio energetic therapy, acpuncture and all the alternative therapies I tried: did not help one bit\nB3d. Treatments that had no effect: \nB3e. Treatments that made your sensitivity worse:65-74\nB4. What is your age range?65-74\nB5. What year did you become aware of your sensitivity to wireless radiation or electromagnetic fields?2004\nB6. What country, state, province, or major city were you living in when you first noticed your sensitivity to wireless or electromagnetic fields?Utrecht, The Netherlands,","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-5109","tags":["health-experiences","sleep-cognition","exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"2549dae6d5bdb2d66e4d903f042e25385897120aafcf1e55c310bdd6822fb9ad","slug":"health-experiences-comment-5109","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-5109","body_sha256":"752501e172af2e6370044a910bd9efc37d38b5787cd75c03460123f227ee12bc","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"ehs","topics":[{"id":"ehs","evidence":" sought?
