I realized that I suffered from electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) in 2009, though I have experienced symptoms since I was young. I am now 56 years old. I suffer from headaches, difficulty concentrating, memory problems, dizziness, diarrhea, sleep disturbances, skin rashes, a lack of initiative, dry mouth, physical pain, nausea, and stiffness. If I am exposed to high levels of EMF, I experience anxiety and depression. I react primarily to radiofrequency radiation. It makes no difference whether it comes from mobile phones, cell towers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, smartwatches, or other connected devices. Magnetic fields in cars can also be an issue; there are very few vehicles I am able to travel in. In 2010, I had my home shielded against EMF, which led to a significant improvement in my health. Since then, however, radiation levels here in Sweden have increased enormously, and my current shielding is no longer fully adequate. My health has gradually deteriorated. When I go into town to shop, it now takes me over 24 hours to recover—previously, it only took a couple of hours. I can manage to visit two or three shops before I have to return home because I have become too unwell. I am convinced that, sooner or later, we will eliminate or drastically reduce radiofrequency radiation in our society. The sooner we do so, the fewer people will have their health destroyed. In the appendix, I have included studies that I believe should be taken into account. Best regards, Henrik Albertson
