(Tinnitus) I live about 2 blocks from a cell tower and live in a duplex with 5 adults on the other side of the wall using devices.  I purchased a router cage and a block radiation case for my phone. With my living quarters I feel it’s a hopeless situation.  I have noticed the further into the country side I go, it is significantly quieter. When I drive back to the city it increases again. It is hard to understand when people talk if there is other noise in the room.
