Without a negative charge of membrance due to radiation disruption, cells clumped together and did not fit into small capillaries.  Thus oxygen did not reach organs. I discovered the importance of bone marrow, and the consequences of not getting a supply of oxygen to create red and white blood cells (stem cells) -- blood was at low levels red blood cells. Low white cell count accounted for \"flu\" like symptoms.
