A Router Box was exchanged in the apartment from 4G to 5G from Spectrum Telecommunications Company. Since that time I have sleeping issues at night. I wake up 4-5 times, I have a light sleep and do not go into deep sleep phases, I get headaches every night, in the morning when I wake up I am tired, groggy and not well rested, Brain Fog also.
