I have a neighbor who is extra sensitive. Ultimately, he had to move. He surveyed the neighbors within a radius of one block of him. Many had the onset of severe headaches they had not experience before. His dog developed symptoms. Once they both moved 20 miles away, they both recovered from symptoms.
