I noticed I was fatigued, I had eye twitches, (nerve issues) and heart pressure/inflammation.  It got 10 times worse after the covid injections. I now have everything hardwired in my home for communications. I got a router that allows you to turn wifi on or off (sometimes need it for a few minutes here and there). I shut my phone data/gps/Bluetooth off unless I need it, then it gets shut off. I've had to purchase silver lined materials to make Faraday cages. I've had to purchase silver lined small blankets. I use shungite to help mitigate the frequencies. There must be a way to put the information on a frequency band that agrees with our system and our cells.
