I am requesting this information as an individual. I believe I have been affected and exposed for approximately 4 and 1/2 years. I have multiple symptoms such as severe brain fog, pain, horrible Burning Sensations all over my body, hair loss, vision loss, crawling itching Sensations all over my body, and the list does go on and on.
