I don't sleep well either. Since this year 2026, I have noticed a drop in the quality of my sleep and I also notice that people living in the same town as me (with several 5G antennas in a bird's-eye radius of less than a km) suffer from insomnia and often all wake up at the same time (3 a.m.). I don't know if it's due to the waves but I don't find my symptoms normal.
