I am experiencing several nervous system and brain-related issues, including chronic tension headaches, dizziness (vertigo), frequent \"brain fog,\" trouble concentrating, and short-term memory loss. My sleep is highly irregular and broken, and I have persistent eye-twitching. I also feel nerve sensations in specific areas, including a constant prickling feeling around my legs, a metallic taste in my mouth, and a burning sensation on the front of my legs that does not happen anywhere else on my torso. Every day, I feel sudden sensations of warmth and a fluttering or irregular heartbeat (palpitations). I have experienced  infrequent nausea and active bleeding from both my nose and my rectal area. I have also developed itchy rashes on my neck, my ankles, and the backs of my hands.
