We now have had wifi 6 at work installed, along smart heating owens, the latter 50 cm from my desk. I teach middle school, and sometimes there are 28 active computers in the room, along a smart TV or a projector using Bluetooth and an access point placed on top of the entrance door. About 50 meters from our school is a cluster of at least 3 5G antennas. \nMost ceiling lights have also been changed info LED, they give me immidiate headaches. \nAt home I have no wifi, I am now using my cell phone through a cable. The blue light is turned down as much as possible, and I have a protective shield across the screen. I also turn on the flightmode when I have the phone in my hands. I never use it to my ear. \nA few hours after coming home from work, the health issues weakens. In the beginning, before I turned off the wifi, and while others were living with me in the house (using their own phones), I also had major sleeping disturbances. \nIf I ever take an electric taxi, my joints and muscles start hurting after a few minutes. \n\n","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0474","tags":["health-experiences","sleep-cognition","exposure-places"],"source_hash":"ac836c410fb0c8bde7536533fa40bf10357bf0b24ee87fbe4f2a368f3bb56148","slug":"health-experiences-comment-0474","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0474","body_sha256":"7b6398b8504ec00a864f0b7e20064e7dd3b36619fd587eeba65739433f5cc5a3","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"neurological","topics":[{"id":"neurological","evidence":"I still have tinnitus"},{"id":"cardiac","evidence":"heart pulpifications"},{"id":"occupational","evidence":"I teach middle school"},{"id":"children","evidence":"28 active computers in the room"},{"id":"wifi","evidence":"wifi 6 at work installed"},{"id":"infrastructure","evidence":"a cluster of at least 3 5G antennas"},{"id":"electricity","evidence":"plugged in their electric car charger"},{"id":"optical","evidence":"using my cell phone through a cable"}],"summary":"A teacher reports tinnitus, pain, cognitive difficulties, palpitations and sleep disruption associated with wireless sources and electric equipment.
