These frequencies should be regulated, not given a carte blanche to do whatever they want to do with the public health, so long as the manufacturers make money.  Way too many scientific studies and testaments have been rigorously investigated and dismissed by the cell phone industries and smart meters to follow, because the truth is troublesome to the industries.  The scientists are still waging the battle but the US government so far has blinded itself to the truth.  Other countries know what harm those frequencies can cause to their population, and they have limited human and animal exposure through regulation or legislation; not so the US.
