I personally have fought in a local level to stop the installation of a verizon tower within 500 feet of our property line to no avail, the concerns about these towers in close proximity to homes is very real for my neighborhood. Putting the pressure on local counties to regulate these telecommunications companies is a disaster. The regulations need to be updated to match the current studies and real life repercussions of exposure to such high levels of RF's.
