Now living in US. I also have 15 years of experience in compiling technical documentation for manufactured products. The radiation that operates with digital products is against our product laws. We cannot ensure the technology as safe for life, health, environment.\nDue to this, there is no valid, legal technical documentation for either AI or digital radiation technology.\n\nWhen there is no legal technical documentation, we do not know what makes us sick. Doctors cannot provide adequate care for the injured. We know that radiation is harmful, but we hide it because many users abuse the technology for their own gain.\n\nWe who design, construct products are often good at drawing. When we use images for technical documentation, we use photos or our own illustrations.\n\nRadiation technology and AI are deadly in the hands of countries without knowledge.\n\nWe cannot have drones and flying missiles across national borders.\n\nTIME TO UNCOVER THE FRAUD.\n\nThe Technical Documentation is often secret or unavailable.\nEven if a journalist, doctor would like to review the technical documentation, much of it is \ntrade secrets. Manufacturers are required by law to keep the technical manufacturing \ndocumentation available to authorities for ten years, but they are under no obligation to \nrelease it to journalists or the public. Without access to the development process, a review \nbecomes impossible. The exception: Investigative journalism and whistleblowers. \nHowever, there are times when journalists actually do this. This happens primarily in investigative \njournalism when a whistleblower leaks internal documents, test protocols or risk analyses that \nshow that a company is hiding deficiencies, shortcomings.\nIn those cases, journalists can enlist the help of independent external experts to decipher \nthe documentation and reveal that a product violates product laws.\n\nPRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT APPROVED FOR INTERNATIONAL USE. \nTHAT ARE NOT DIRECTLY INTENDED FOR THE USER AND END USER.\nInternational law, human rights, Who takes responsibility?\nDoes a Government believe that manufacturers can have responsibility for human rights?\nTo cooperate in this way so that individuals affected by a company's manufactured products \nare not deprived of, for example, life and health?\n\nIn international laws, human rights are the responsibility of countries, they have agreed to \nimplement international, national rules.\nThese rights exist for all of us and their ultimate purpose is to protect us individuals from our \nown governments, authorities and from each other.\nBut companies, what responsibility do they have?\nHow long will it take before unfriendly governments start saying “not us, but the companies \nare responsible”.\nWhat then happens to international law itself and the rights that exist?\n\nTECH DOC. CODE OF HONOR. \nTHE TEN PRINCIPLES. THE ENGINEER, THE PRODUCT DEVELOPER.\nTHE ONE WHO CONSTRUCTS THE TOOLS AS A NECESSARY NEED.\n\nEngineers, product developers in their professional capacity must feel personally responsible \nfor technology being used in a manner that benefits humanity, the environment and society.\n\nEngineers, product developers must strive to improve technology and technological knowledge so as to \nachieve more efficient use of resources without harmful effects.\n\nEngineers, product developers must offer their knowledge in both public and private contexts so as to \nensure the best possible basis for decisions and to illuminate both the opportunities and the risks \nassociated with technology.\n\nEngineers, product developers should not work for or cooperate with companies and organisations of a \nquestionable nature or with objectives that conflict with personal beliefs.\n\nEngineers, product developers must show complete loyalty to employers and colleagues. Difficulties in \nthis respect ought to be raised in open discussions, in the first instance at the workplace.\n\nEngineers, product developers should not use inappropriate \nmethods when competing for employment, assignments or orders, and nor should they attempt to \ndamage the reputation of colleagues with unfounded allegations.\n\nEngineers, product developers must respect entrusted information of a confidential nature and others' \nrights to ideas, inventions, studies, plans and blueprints.\n\nEngineers, product developers should not favour vested interests and ought to openly report financial \nand other interests that could impair confidence in their impartiality and judgement.\n\nEngineers, product developers must both publicly and privately, in writing and rhetoric, strive for factual \npresentations and avoid erroneous, misleading or exaggerated statements.\n\nEngineers, product developers must actively support colleagues who encounter difficulties as a result of \nacting in accordance with these principles and, to the best of their belief, \navert criminal actions against them.\n\nI feel the difference when I'm out in nature.\n\n","attachments":["https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_13.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_13.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_10.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_10.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_8.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_8.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_6.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_6.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_5.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_5.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_15.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_15.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_12.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_12.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_9.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_9.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_7.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_7.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_14.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_14.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_11.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_11.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_4.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_4.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_2.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_2.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_1.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_1.jpg","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_3.pdf","https://downloads.regulations.gov/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992/attachment_3.jpg"],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992","tags":["exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"83bfc0635863cfc845e06cb2a3f1929d505d56538c5b221af862b2c5057832f5","slug":"exposure-places-comment-3992","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-3992","body_sha256":"34b192f67e9a6c9f82e89fc8493bb4d2d990169f2f9cd0db52eb2ae661f63e3b","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"standards","topics":[{"id":"standards","evidence":"environment.\nDue to this, there is no valid, legal technical documentation for either AI or digital radiation technology.\n\nWhen there is no"},{"id":"research","evidence":"se cases, journalists can enlist the help of independent external experts to decipher \nthe documentation and reveal that a product violate"},{"id":"environment","evidence":" \nfor technology being used in a manner that benefits humanity, the environment and society.\n\nEngineers, product developers must strive to improve technolog"}],"summary":"An engineer argues that digital radiation and AI products lack adequate legal safety documentation, calls for transparency and accountability, and outlines professional duties to protect people and the environment.","reviewed_at":"2026-10-21T23:43:28Z","review_method":"Complete submitted comment-text review with neutral attributed summaries and exact evidence;
