Then Dr Henry Schwan and their team they experimented on animals, mostly dogs, with the radar first and this caused blindness and some testicular degeneration. then the report stated 'the animals were not tested while they were dying'', and they then dissected the dog into separate kilograms of skin, muscle, organs, and found the rare to med rare dog meat would be the safety level the FDA handed to the FCC to use as a safety level. There is no safe level of microwave irradiation, as Dr. Marino states- the two cases are irrelevant.
