And has been for thousands of years?\n\nIs it possible to identify, locate, and eternally monitor ALL reckless tyrannical uses of auto-slave tech, at all times, everywhere in the world? \n\nCan current and future technology developers be cultivated to serve as supervisors for prudence? Restraint?
