I have operated a \"white zone\" wellness lodge on the East Coast of the Island of Hawaii since 2019 that has a background microwave radiation level of less than .4 micro watts/square meter (uw/m2). My lodge has hosted numerous people who arrive and have exhibited severe physical maladies that have immediately begun to recede upon being on my property on a 'ZERO' EMF environment. I was trained in China in 1997-98 in the Feng Shui aspects of subtle Earth Energies and continually by many of the world dowsing experts in the effects of disturbed geophysical energy fields on humans malaffected in their sleeping beds. I operated one of the lead companies in Hollywood that introduced and transitioned motion picture acquisition from film to digital from 1998-2019 and have direct knowledge of the history of scan rates and the entrainment effects of video consumption. I will provide testimony as to why the current condoning of unrestricted distribution of smart phones and microwave exposure for men under 25 and women under 18 will continue to destroy the personal sovereignty and souls of most of our recent past and all future generations of our country. \nBACKGROUND: My background over fifty years as an electrician, studio electrician & gaffer, cinematographer, patented inventor & manufacturer of power devices and LED lighting tubes, US dealer of high definition video cameras, consultant for electrical, magnetic, microwave and geophysical exposures and parent of four children raised in the post cell phone era has given me this perspective. I spent seven years informing the Pasadena, CA elected officials and the Pasadena Health Department about the need for warnings about things as simple as \"not sleeping with your cell phone next to your head all night\". After years of government sector denial and inaction I quit.\nPlainly stated, the unbridled proliferation of smart phones has destroyed the natural abilities of a significant portion of our population and our youth have had their civil rights violated by the exposure to video display screens that exceed one hour in use. Dr. Nicolas Kardaras, Ph.D. has liked screen addiction to electronic heroin. This does not even account for the biological effects of exposure to microwave radiation. We have lost an entire generation. In my own family, my 30's age daughter is addicted to texting (started at age 12).  My 30's age son (started video games at 5 & laptop at age 12) began estrogen dosing at 20 in part due to testosterone deficits from exposure to EMF.  At age 26, my son had his genitalia surgically removed and underwent cosmetic surgery to his face and now charades as a biological female. I have two male nephews who both started video games under 10 years of age who are now in their mid twenties who are addicted to video games and marijuana, with one being suicidal and the other having had three trips to the emergency room for overdosing on 'legalized marijuana' in Northern California. Neither of these nephews is employed or have transitioned to supporting themselves. My Cousins' only son in his mid thirties started video games under 10 years of age. His son now in his thirties is so dopamine damaged that he lives on a small fund with a roommate unable to work. My other Cousin has a 17 year old who spent one month on my 'White Zone' last winter with a friend. After two weeks my cousins son commented to me that both he and his friend had begun experiencing numerous and vivid dreams that they were not accustomed to when they were back in Maine with their cell phones. \nANALYSIS: While the RFI pertains specifically to EMF & RF radio frequency exposure, one should not discount the fact that wireless technology is an enabler of other destructive technologies like screen additions. This tech came in as a phone and morphed into a hand held TV.  The male brain does not fully develop until age 25. Young boys who consume large amounts of time on video games have shown in many cases retarded development of the frontal lobe of their brains that never fully develop. My experience testing, measuring and mitigating EMF exposures for people in home and work environments has shown that daily (6-8hr) exposures that average at and over 300-500 uw/m2 (up to 12ghz) consistently produce significant negative health effects in most humans including, nausea, low energy, memory degradation and general crankiness.\nRECOMMEDATIONS: 1) Provide WARNINGS of the RISKS \n2) Elimination of all microwave exposures in all schools and public buildings over 100 microwatts/square meter (uw/m2)\n3) Limit Hospitals & Medical Clinics to under 100 microwatts/square meter\n4) Extend the American Pediatric Societies ban on screen exposure from ages up to 2 to up to 5\nCONCLUSION: This technology will bring down our country if not mitigated. Please take bold steps.
