Q1 This is John Thomas Christiana and I am writing as a victim of high-tech technology such as Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) being used as weapons. This includes the lower end of the electromagnetic spectrum, extremely low frequencies, where these gamma rays can resonate with the nano bioelectronics in our bodies and brains.

Q2 I am providing personal experience, exposure, and documentation by way of websites for the HHS to identify research priorities, and make recommendations for policy makers and public health officials, not only for the danger of EMF frequencies but as well the abuse of these frequencies. I understand the purpose of the HHS Request for Information. My response here is mainly to make HHS aware that EMFs are being used as weapons, by various forms including directed energy weapons.

Q3 I do not have any symptoms of what is known as Havanna Syndrome. Rather, it is a nerve attacked, sometimes painful, but much more often just battery annoyance. I am writing as a victim, and when these abuses are being inflicted using different vehicles to attack the body parts as well as the brain, when it happens every day and night, this amounts to torture, both physically and psychologically. HHS needs to address this as in time this can affect the entire population, or whoever is targeted, including children and political opponents, and will only get worse. This has the double effect of not only physical battery and psychological abuse, but the danger of exposure to electromagnetic frequencies and all the dangers that are determined in this request for information by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the HHS.

For external credibility, CBS News on 60 Minutes, Scott Pelley, on March 8, 2026 did a report on these weapons stating “The range of the beam is several hundred feet. In addition, CNN interviewed Dr. Sanjay Gupta and James Lin in a special that aired on September 25, 2022 that partially explained these weapons using frequencies. transcripts.cnn.com/show/csr/date/2022-09-25/segment/01 Included in the transcript: GUPTA: “Somebody else outside the room is giving bursts of microwave energy that's directed at your brain.” LIN: “Yes.” GUPTA: “What would you hear?” LIN: “Hear essentially zip sound. Zip. You know, a very short zip.” GUPTA: “Zip?” LIN: “Yes. Then if you begin to increase from 10, you know, 20 microseconds then you hear sort of like a click.” GUPTA: “If you had a recording device in the room and you were recording, would it pick up anything?” LIN: “No. So all of that takes place inside the head.” 

The electronic attacks to me started in 2007 and were occasional but grew in volume until it was 1,000s of time a day. Then in the last decade, the frequency attacks intermixed the social environment. So now the shock to my body part is interactive with the setting around me both in events as well as people.

In my journal, I have detailed contemporaneous notes of each electronic shock to my eyes (have vision loss) and private parts (sex abuse) including the time of the day and part of the body. Q5 In my experience, there appears to be different vehicles of delivery. During the day when awake, the frequency wave is shocking to my eyes, chin, or private parts (sex abuse). From experience, my belief is satellites and cell towers are used. This is shown on my Life of John Christiana website under Torture Journal.

In contrast, during the night when dozing off to sleep, from experience it appears to be locally that frequencies from directed energy weapons are used, that attack my brain, that wake me up and prevent sleep. This sleep deprivation when repeated could be charged as attempted murder.

Q18 This is not an experiment or research for the benefit of mankind. The shock to my eyes, private parts, and other parts of my body are at any time 24 hours a day.

I just graduated from law school.

HHS needs to investigate and address this before it is too late. These abuses and violations of bodily integrity amounts to the United States losing freedom.
