HAARP is also being run causing additional symptoms from deadly exposure to HAARP Extremely Low Frequencies. PG&E is pumping in high levels of dirty electricity at 150+Hz according to my Stetzerizer Microsurge Meter. This happens every time HAARP is plummeting Americans with its harmful frequencies. My dog has had loose stools, is lethargic and has not eaten. This happens every year and is most severe the years of elections. My domestic terrorist perpetrators have radiated my left hip and leg again causing a second tear injury. Forced to get a new phone last October after my phone was blown up beyond repair in retaliation for sharing a post of a lawsuit in California against utility companies for the harm caused by SmartMeters, I was forced to get a 5G. I believe this 5G phone has caused the recurring injury to my left hip and shoulder due to holding the phone against my left thigh.  My vaccine-injured autistic son stops communicating during these HAARP operations. DARPA must be dismantled immediately!
