Primarily, holding my cell phone in my hand for more than 5 minutes cause significant paresthesia and the longer I hold my phone, the worse it gets. My symptoms resolve if I don't hold my phone. It is definitely not positional or an issue of nerve entrapment such as carpal tunnel syndrome. My main concern are the Americans who are experiencing debilitating effects such that they can barely engage with the world. I have a close friend who is effected, and I have seen her symptoms that almost mimic a stroke or neurologic condition when she's exposed to wireless radiation environments. She is simply gaslighted when she tries to get anyone to listen to her concerns. We need to be cautious and thoroughly consider the potential danger to humans.\n\nQuestions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.\n\nI urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6235","tags":["child-development","health-experiences","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"f1640cd0bd9577344f9a53d28fef50224920e9fb614d0d064b22b53cf74a3cba","slug":"child-development-comment-6235","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6235","body_sha256":"4b3df2c948814bd71437606c7f968ecc59a4ee73ca5028cb129d10d11d4b4888","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"neurological","topics":[{"id":"neurological","evidence":"nd for more than 5 minutes cause significant paresthesia and the longer I hold my phone, the worse it gets.
