Those symptoms included brain fog, insomnia, anxiety and tinnitus. I removed all cordless phones from my home, and use wired phones and computers to help reduce the symptoms. My cell phone is turned off or on airplane mode most of the time to reduce my exposure. \nHHS is responsible for making sure the exposure to electromagnetic radiation is safe. Thus far, it has not been proven safe, and the exposures allowed in our country are magnitudes higher than that allowed in the EU.\nPlease examine both the scientific evidence and people’s experiences regarding the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by the appropriate federal agencies with expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health.\nI urge HHS to identify gaps in current research, giving particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations. We need to establish appropriate federal research priorities and laws regarding wireless radiation and public health.\nThank you for considering these concerns.\nKim Weeber, DPM, LAc\n","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-5339","tags":["child-development","health-experiences","sleep-cognition","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"00d229061b9179519dee95845457b273cea68fac7b0971dc07e0d0c3bcaab76b","slug":"child-development-comment-5339","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-5339","body_sha256":"af0ce4940aba24dfe6935c2652afb74cc7c3e4fbd0026071996e3d8cd6883aa4","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"ehs","topics":[{"id":"ehs","evidence":"inimize_Them_A_Systematic_Review\nI developed hypersensitivity to electromagnetic radiation when I had another serious illness, and the effects of the wirel"},{"id":"neurological","evidence":"all symptoms worse.
