I am responding from the perspective of an 82 yr old woman that is now pretty much homebound, since 2010.  We retired & bought a house in this area in 2002. My husband  worked a job to help get our house paid for [which we did do].  There were plans for a cell tower to be put up on the edge of our small town.  My husband petitioned the city [I am unable to petition for my self as I am unable to be around wifi or cell phones].  The city decided to refuse the cell tower, however, they put up the cell tower on private land just next to the city.  When that tower went up, I struggled to just live.  Was sick a lot.  I am able to have a computer only because we have 3 different type of shields on the computer to protect me.  Plus it is hardwired.  I researched.  We spent $10,000 putting shielding in the attic, painting interior walls with a lead paint, covers for the patio door & windows.  Felt better then, however I was never able to go in the back yard at all & could only walk to get the mail in front of the house.  Could never be outside at all for any length of time. A friend told me that 5G was sure to come into our area & all we had done to protect me would not protect me from 5G.  So we began house hunting again. Every area had cell towers or boosters.  Finally found a few acres 30-35 miles away.  So it was sell our PAID FOR  house & build a house.   Of course, could not do it without getting a loan AGAIN. So at our age we have a mortgage AGAIN  Even though we went from  1280 sq ft home that had a second level to a one level 3 bedroom home, with nothing extra. Difficult to move at our age.  So now, we live in the country, surrounded by hills to protect me [there is some cell service here, however I have been able to tolerate it]  unless our neighbors sell their property & someone builds next to us.  Then I am in trouble again as I would have to deal with wifi & boosters.  So I'm still not secure.  We could not afford to drill a well, so my husband hauls water on an old truck to fill our cistern.  It is not easy for us here.  My husband is now 87 yrs old.  I order our groceries & he drives 14 miles to pick them up at the store.  I am unable to go away much at all.  Sometimes do not leave our property for 7 weeks.  There is no where safe for me to go.  When my husband has had surgeries, and he has had 7 since we moved here, I have been unable to even visit him in the hospital.  And if I should ever get sick I would be unable to go to a hospital for care.  They have no place safe for me & their ex-rays & tests would most likely kill me.   I can't go to a clinic for care either.  I can't sit in a waiting room with dozens of cell phones to see a dr that doesn't know how to treat me or tells me "we don't find anything wrong with you, your tests are negative".    My future is bleak.  Tried to go to my grandsons wedding a few years back.  Was determined to go but only lasted 15-20 min & had to leave without seeing them get married.  I drove myself home, which is dangerous as when exposed to EMF's I get confused & don't make good decisions.  I had a houseful of company as all my kids & some grand kids came.  And I was so sick, it took 3-4 days to recover.  2 yrs ago a friend came to visit.  She brought an I-pad in the house that I didn't know about.  I got so sick from that episode it took me 1 1/2 years to recover.  It is a terrible feeling to have to stay at home almost all the time & yet I am one of the lucky ones as I have a safe place for now.  Most don't have that.  If something happened to my house I would have no where to go.  I would have to live in my car [which is an old 2011 Suberu with no blue tooth & etc]  I would have to drive to a reclusive spot in the hills & live in the car no matter the weather & it can get -20 degrees here.  My problems originated when a dentist gave me multiple mercury fillings in my mouth.  Suffered for years until I had the fillings removed, but  then had to try to get out the mercury & metals, as they had leached into my body.  So what happens when skylink or etc. put up more satellittes that are so strong so they penetrate buildings.  People like me will not be safe anywhere then.  What are people like me to do?  I understand the benefits for everybody but what are people like me to do?  And there are so many people that have a problem but don't know that it could be their cell phone or wifi or a neighbors wifi.  There is no safe place for us. There are no functions that I can attend.    But most of all I am concerned about the children.  Especially when they have put up cell towers near playgrounds.   What about the children that cannot explain what they are feeling when they are sick.  Or no one believes them when they try to explain it.   And parents don't understand what is happening to their children because they don't know the dangers of EMF's.  PLEASE inform the public of the dangers of EMF's & RF.  They damage cells even if you don't feel it.  Thank You.
