Among my concerns is the constant, static-like noise in my head that only silences when I am away from wireless devices and transmitters. As you can imagine, this space is harder and harder to find.\n\nI support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.\n\nI urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.\n\nThank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-4873","tags":["child-development","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"66d01c8370f8cd6fb111a2548e793654f0c0b052c56513d64b9eabe42c180759","slug":"child-development-comment-4873","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-4873","body_sha256":"a0af460160a1b924ed68546a20fc5b599da7dce3c233b5e177f8784459f25509","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"neurological","topics":[{"id":"neurological","evidence":"the constant, static-like noise in my head that only silences when I am away from wireless devices and transmitters."},{"id":"research","evidence":"identify gaps in current research"},{"id":"children","evidence":"give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations"}],"summary":"Reports constant static-like noise in the head that quiets away from wireless devices and transmitters.
